Generally, the water pollution is a serious public hazard today. The world's rivers are polluted with garbage and dangerous chemicals. Ships contribute to the problem, because they rely on rivers for disposing of wastes. Oil and other chemicals can kill fish and make water unsafe for drinking. In a word, polluted water is a big problem for everyone.
正如你所知道的，人們靠水生活.他們應該參與找到解決污染問題的方法.我認為，需要盡快采取某些應對措施.首先，各國政府理應制訂處理污染問題的規章制度.此外，在全面處理和凈化廢液以前，必須禁止城鄉工廠把廢液排入河流.我覺得，如果這些工廠違反有關的法規或法律，則應加重罰款.當然還會有一些其它的治理方法值得采取.
As you know, people depend on water to live on. They should be involved in finding a solution to this problem. I think, need to take certain measures.
